Oh, one sweet thing that we did do to celebrate.
I’d told my Mom earlier, during finals, that I felt like a house elf and that they should offer me a sock after graduation. I’d meant it mostly in jest.
When I came out of graduation, my Dad handed me the program for the Commencement.
Inside the program was a sock.
I started crying.
Dobby has been given a sock.

I have written so many papers explaining how Harry Potter is not an attack on the church or Jesus Christ, and how it’s not demonic for children to read them. I’m a fan of Harry Potter but a follower of Christ. So haters, get over it!
